Faith in Action Week
April 1, 2027 - April 8, 2027
The Faith in Place Action Week invites people of faith and conscience across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin to act for our shared home.
The environmental crisis is a spiritual crisis rooted in disconnection from one another, our traditions, and the Earth. During this week, Green Teams, community groups, and Houses of Worship take steps to repair those relationships through education, advocacy, service, and celebration.

Across the nation, we saw communities come together to take action for the Earth. Every action has been an act of love for our shared home.
Together during Faith in Action Week, we had:

More than 1,000 people participated.

About 600 messages were sent to legislators advocating for Healthy Communities, Sustainable Energy, and People-Powered Futures.

About 40 events were reported across the nation!
